Job Description
• Build and execute the federal go-to-market plan with clear agency priorities, partner strategies, and growth targets
• Lead complex enterprise software sales from prospecting through close, using FedRAMP status to accelerate adoption
• Navigate procurement confidently, including contracting vehicles, compliance, and acquisition lifecycles
• Create early reference customers by aligning Orbus solutions to mission outcomes and transformation goals
• Collaborate across Orbus teams in marketing, product, legal, and operations to deliver successful outcomes
• Represent Orbus Government at industry events and with key federal partners and systems integrators
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software to US federal agencies, with consistent quota achievement
- Proven ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the federal market
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, acquisition lifecycles, and compliance requirements
- Established relationships with systems integrators and federal ecosystem partners
- Executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain or maintain a clearance if required
- Nice to Have: Experience with enterprise architecture or IT transformation solutions
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, DoDAF, or FEA
- Nice to Have: Understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, or NIST standard
- Nice to Have: Track record of building a new public sector business from inception to scale
- Nice to Have: Active government clearance
