Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a minimum of fifteen years’ experience as an Sales Account Manager.
- Familiarity and knowledge of facility systems, large project sales processes, and funding alternatives.
- Must have a proven record of selling a minimum of $10M per year.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Fifteen+ years’ experience in the ESCO industry (Energy Services) is required or preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with clients.
- Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Knowledge (Intermediate to advanced) of various operating systems, software products (e.g. MS Office, etc.).
- Computer software proficiency including Microsoft Project, Viewpoint, RS Means, Trimble Estimating and/or other job-related hardware and software applications.
- Utilizes the SalesForce CRM platform and other tools to track and document sales opportunities.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients; read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and technical documents; write presentations, articles, routine reports, proposals, and correspondence.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
