• Communicate with clients in a professional manner to obtain client data efficiently • Obtain and review clients’ SAP, Oracle, JDE, or other ERP tables as appropriate and determine how they relate • Convert clients’ data files • Verify clients’ data files, including identification of shifting data, etc. • Add data fields to existing client files • Reconcile client data to the G/L • Perform statistical sampling on client data using IDEA software • Handle specific data requests from Transaction Tax Associates, Managers, and Directors • Supervise Associates in the group • Assist Transaction Tax and Property Tax Compliance as needed with client data conversion issues • Manage large workloads in an efficient manner • Maintain a client data log of all data projects for viewing by the DMA team • Prepare and maintain working notes for all client data projects • Track time expended on client data projects for ROI analysis and client billings
