• Support our client’s day-to-day Workday Financial Management workstream and recommend best practices related to Workday functionality • Modify and redevelop/engineer business processes based on unique client requirements and best practices across the Workday platform • Develop system configuration solutions, dashboards, composite reports and calculated fields; demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution • Support client-side implementations including assembling data gathering workbooks as well as system testing and UAT • Troubleshoot business process failures, perform root cause analyses, and develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues • Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday • Assisting the integrations team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third party/custom solutions • Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases • Mentor junior staff
