Job Description

• Develop and manage equipment sales and rental opportunities within the construction and deep foundations industry • Identify and pursue early-stage construction opportunities and generate qualified leads • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, engineers, and decision-makers • Prepare and present detailed equipment proposals and quotations • Review construction documents and bid specifications to recommend appropriate equipment solutions • Collaborate with operations, parts, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment • Conduct regular site visits to active construction projects and customer offices • Organize and deliver presentations and participate in trade shows and industry events • Coordinate with national sales team on multi-region accounts and support company growth initiatives • Maintain regular communication with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of foundation, shoring, and pile driving equipment is preferred
  • Ability to interpret construction plans, bid specifications, and technical documents
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the territory
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
