• Collaborate with diverse departments, including Managed Services Security, Managed Services Network, Engineering and Presales Architecture. • Your primary responsibility will be the planning, configuration, and implementation of networking technology and providing Professional Services to our clients. • This role may also involve support and repair functions for IP networks and associated customer networks. • Lead technical deployment projects, including implementation plans, methods of procedures, and resource identification. • Collaborate with Network Planning to manage growth and capacity plans, monitoring network performance and communicating capacity needs. • Implement network designs ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Act as a technical lead on complex network projects. • Represent Network Engineering on cross-functional product/project teams. • Collaborate in the development, launch, and implementation of Professional Service services.
