• Develop initiatives focused on resource loading, resource qualifications, and career paths; operationalize initiatives so they are sustained by the Resource and Service Managers • Develop, communicate and monitor a standardized operating rhythm related to job fulfillment and resource management; simplify where appropriate • Work with FieldCore Resource Operations and Field Operations Team to drive consistent practices within the region • Connected with Service Lines to ensure we have the right focus on resource development and needs • Support long range forecast for region resource needs and partner with HR and Recruiting teams to implement and maintain appropriate staffing strategies and tools to support them • Lead key event planning sessions, which include all necessary resources for outage execution • Ensure resources meet customer commitments and region objectives, including developing individual training and development plans and fostering leadership pipeline for the region • Guide the region resource teams in partnering on initiatives with quality and training departments to develop a training strategy • Direct the collection and analysis of operations data and compare performance to established metrics for resource utilization, localization, resource qualification, and resource competency • Track and minimize FIFO
