• Implement the strategy and develop clinical product(s) • Keep the product competitive by understanding market problems and executing product roadmap • Collaborate with leadership regarding product strategy and execution • Manage complex clinical product initiatives including clinical criteria • Analyze market information and member claims data to support initiatives • Coordinate and launch new products and enhancements • Represent Clinical department as a strategic partner during customer requirement sessions • Responsible for regulatory oversight and external representation • Validate accuracy of clinical product information and oversee user acceptance testing • Establish cross-functional partnerships to drive informed decisions and successful execution • Collaborate with client partners as needed • Follow security policies and HIPAA regulations
