Job Description
• Lead external and customer-focused professional education programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and sales for training needs assessments
• Develop strategy and content for education programs
• Create and analyze program metrics, measure effectiveness and identify opportunity areas
• Develop, foster and maintain internal and external partnerships for feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- a minimum of 8 years of experience in design and administration of education programs in the medical device industry
- strong neurovascular sales skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Proven product knowledge in business area
