• Oversees the day-to-day operations of Orthotic Services • Coordinate and supervise operations of the department • Administer services and orthotic devices as prescribed by a referring physician • Maintain performance improvement activities within the department • Assure competency of all staff members • May assist in formulating budget and evaluating the department's performance • Maintain efficient and effective department operations • Require compliance with all accreditation, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols • Managing all aspects of the operations • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Orthotic team • Ensuring employees treat patients to the highest level of customer service possible • Oversee and monitor dispatch route maximization • Plan and organize orientation and in-service training for department staff members • Ensure staff are competent in providing patient care and services
