Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling mobile products.
- Experience working in social gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes-based platforms strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.
- Experience in mobile app development and lifecycle management is required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-informed mindset.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, etc.); MBA or technical degree a plus.

Lead the bank's digital channels by researching vendor features, owning the digital roadmap, coordinating releases and testing, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders and marketing to drive adoption and operational readiness.
