• Provide direct clinical services, including diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. • Utilize evidence-based interventions for our First Episode Psychosis Program. • Deliver services in-office or remotely when a remote work agreement is in place. • Operate under supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director. • Make treatment planning decisions based on a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatments. • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and treatment team members. • Complete clinical and administrative documentation, and adhere to policies and procedures. • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continue education to maintain professional licensure and ensure high-quality care.
