Job Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales or business development experience in life sciences, including 5+ years selling clinical technology or patient/site engagement solutions to pharma/biotech.
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and expanding accounts into multi-study or program-level partnerships.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, comfortable owning more of the process and operating with limited support.
- Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, especially patient recruitment, site burden, and participant engagement challenges.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
