Job Description

• Support management in the development and execution of a BI and reporting strategy aligned with organizational goals to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Partner with departments such as Claims, Underwriting/Operations, and Product Management to identify, assess, and prioritize business intelligence needs. • Design, develop, and deliver management dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide actionable business insights. • Ensure all reports and dashboards support business users' decision-making process. • Work alongside other analytical teams to build and maintain reliable analytical datasets that support broader business goals. • Drive enhancements in reporting processes and data quality to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights for decision-making. • Perform quarterly and annual regulatory statistical reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
Experience working with a P&C insurance company, ideally with exposure to operational areas such as Underwriting and Claims.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and experience with advanced analytics tools like R or Python is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and AI applications is valuable.
Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the insurance industry's key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
