Job Description
• Own end-to-end program execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams.
• Lead the identification and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency across people, process, and technology, supporting USPM's strategic priorities.
• Drive change management activities including communications, training, and adoption tracking to ensure successful implementation and build awareness and connection with frontline teams.
• Leverage deep knowledge of multifamily operations and third-party property management to ensure initiatives align with operational realities.
• Create high-quality training materials, job aids, communications, and presentations that drive adoption and understanding across diverse audiences.
• Manage assigned programs from initiation through completion, maintain program schedules, and status reporting.
• Engage with operational teams to gather requirements, communicate updates, and facilitate problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of related experience in multifamily property operations, customer experience, process improvement, program management, or related field.
- Experience working in multifamily property operations at Greystar preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Strong understanding of third-party property management operations and client service delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs and drive results through cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading change management efforts in real estate or similar industry preferred.
- Proven ability to create polished, professional deliverables and presentations.
- Strong program management skills with ability to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/collaboration tools, like Asana.
