Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, bioinformatics, public health, project management, or related discipline).
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations-focused project or program management roles.
- Experience translating scoped or contracted work into structured tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project and work-tracking tools (*e.g.*, Notion, Monday.com, TMetric, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
- Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification (Preferred).
- Experience in genomics, bioinformatics, or public health data projects (Preferred).
- Familiarity with government or academic project processes (e.g., CDC, NIH, or state health departments) (Preferred).
