Job Description

• Hunt and secure net-new Federal agency logos, utilizing strategic outreach, budget intelligence, and procurement insights to maintain a consistent, high-conversion pipeline aligned to federal buying cycles. • Lead the full federal GTM motion from qualification through contract award, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly and annual ACV targets. • Navigate complex procurement pathways including RFPs, RFIs, SBIR/STTR, IDIQs, BPAs, and other contract vehicles. • Partner with Value Engineering and Sales Engineering to diagnose agency mission pain points and co-create ROI models aligned to modernization mandates. • Execute high-impact initiatives within highly regulated and security-conscious environments, connecting Unqork’s platform to priorities such as risk reduction, operational resilience, and accelerated digital transformation. • Drive revenue through the Federal partner ecosystem, collaborating with GSIs, SIs, and small business partners to source, shape, and scale opportunities. • Effectively articulate the power of AI-native and no-code architectures to senior government officials, program executives, acquisition leaders, and technical stakeholders. • Align solutions to federal compliance frameworks and security requirements, ensuring positioning supports agency accreditation and risk management standards.

Job Requirements

  • 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of overachieving revenue targets in complex enterprise or Federal software environments.
  • Direct experience selling into U.S. Federal Civilian, DoD, or Intelligence Community agencies.
  • Demonstrated success navigating federal procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and public sector budget processes.
  • Experience selling into high-compliance, regulated environments with familiarity in federal security standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Proven success as a self-starter in a hunter role, leveraging existing government and partner relationships to win net-new agency logos.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code, workflow automation, or AI-native platforms and the ability to frame mission impact and cost efficiency.
  • Experience working in partner-influenced and partner-sourced deal cycles, particularly within the Federal GSI/SI ecosystem.
  • Strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and mastery of the MEDDPICC framework within long-cycle government sales motions.
