Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of overachieving revenue targets in complex enterprise or Federal software environments.
- Direct experience selling into U.S. Federal Civilian, DoD, or Intelligence Community agencies.
- Demonstrated success navigating federal procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and public sector budget processes.
- Experience selling into high-compliance, regulated environments with familiarity in federal security standards and accreditation requirements.
- Proven success as a self-starter in a hunter role, leveraging existing government and partner relationships to win net-new agency logos.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code, workflow automation, or AI-native platforms and the ability to frame mission impact and cost efficiency.
- Experience working in partner-influenced and partner-sourced deal cycles, particularly within the Federal GSI/SI ecosystem.
- Strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and mastery of the MEDDPICC framework within long-cycle government sales motions.
