Job Description

• Customer workshops and consultation • Support and, over time, lead customer-facing data migration and integration workshops across Routeware products, helping guide customers through concepts, options, and best practices. • Participate in discovery and design sessions to understand customer data models, integration needs, and constraints, and help translate these into clear implementation steps. • API, ESRI/GIS, and integration guidance • Develop working knowledge of core product APIs and standard integrations and explain them in clear, customer-friendly language. • Support discussions on integration approaches in partnership with Data and Delivery teams, helping customers understand tradeoffs, complexity, and risk. • Data quality and migration support • Build expertise in data quality and migration concepts such as mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. • Assist delivery and data teams when customers encounter complex data, legacy systems, or non-standard integration scenarios, helping surface issues and escalate appropriately. • Reusable education and enablement • Help design and build reusable education resources, including PowerPoint decks, video walkthroughs, FAQs, how-to guides, and customer playbooks for data migration and integrations. • Contribute to standardizing and improving workshops, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality guidance across teams. • Office hours and change management • Participate in regular office hours for internal teams and customers, answering questions about data migration, integrations, and tooling. • Support change management for new processes and tools by helping communicate updates, training teams, and collecting feedback. • Cross-functional partnership • Partner closely with the Data team to align on migration approaches, tooling, and quality standards. • Represent customer integration perspectives in cross-functional discussions and share recurring customer pain points or needs with Product and Data teams.
