• Serve as the primary financial leader and strategic advisor for Pharmacy and Laboratory services, aligning clinical operations with system financial performance and long-term sustainability. • Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and enterprise decision-making for ancillary services. • Provide financial oversight for Pharmacy services across acute, ambulatory/340B, and retail environments, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance monitoring. • Provide financial oversight for Laboratory services, including evaluation of financial feasibility, volume and utilization trends, reimbursement considerations, and long-term sustainability of clinical initiatives. • Lead financial analysis and modeling for new, expanded, or restructured Pharmacy and Laboratory programs, ensuring disciplined evaluation of return on investment and operational impact. • Support development and execution of cost optimization, utilization management, and margin improvement strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership. • Oversee financial management of Pharmacy and Laboratory shared services, including assessment of staffing, operating costs, and system-level initiatives impacting shared operations. • Establish and maintain standardized processes to track clinical and operational initiatives, financial outcomes, and performance metrics across ancillary services. • Monitor key clinical and operational drivers that impact financial performance and proactively identify risks, variances, and opportunities for corrective action. • Prepare and present clear, actionable financial insights, performance updates, and risk assessments to executive and senior leadership. • Ensure financial practices, analyses, and recommendations are aligned with health system policies, governance expectations, and strategic priorities. • Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members as applicable, fostering strong business acumen, accountability, and effective partnership with clinical stakeholders.
