Job Description

• The Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for translating enterprise business objectives into actionable sales and channel-specific strategies that drive sustainable, profitable, and strategic growth. • This role ensures trade spend is optimized to meet both short- and long-term financial commitments, while enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. • You will lead the development and execution of trade-centric business intelligence, pricing architecture, and promotional strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Operations. • You will also oversee the integration of marketing mix modeling and forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy and commercial effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and/or 10+ years of experience in sales, analytics, trade, marketing, forecasting, or related field preferred
  • Experience specifically with trade management software and strategy/planning
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, retaining, and developing talent
  • Experience in CPG industry with a specific emphasis on Planning or Supply Chain functions preferred
  • Preferred experience in both large and small CPG environments
  • Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
  • Solid understanding of sales and trade specific methods / techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to make decisions and work with limited supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
