• Responsible for processing accurate, timely, and compliant payroll using Workday Payroll. • Supports the full payroll cycle and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Prepares and processes bi-weekly payroll using Workday Payroll for multi-state, exempt and non-exempt employees. • Maintains and audits employee payroll data in Workday, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, and garnishments. • Ensures payroll accuracy by reviewing earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits prior to payroll finalization. • Partners with HR to ensure data integrity between Workday HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Modules. • Responds to employee payroll inquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner. • Assists Payroll Manager with audit of payroll tax returns, statements, and other required reports at local, state, and federal levels.
