Job Description

• Responsible for leading projects while integrating knowledge of business and functional priorities for the functional systems and technology platform. • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for business partners as well as team members for the platform. • Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior team members. • Represents the department as a primary technical point of contact for functional systems and technology platform. • Serves as a subject matter expert for the functional platform to answer questions/concerns about platform changes and capabilities.

Job Requirements

Demonstrates strong expertise in Workday Payroll, including end-to-end processing, configuration, and operational support.
Leverages AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline functional system processes, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency across the technology platform.
Familiarity with Workday development and reporting tools, including calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced reporting capabilities.
Working knowledge of ADP GlobalView and/or Celergo payroll solutions, supporting multinational payroll operations.
Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) or other time and attendance systems.
Bachelor's Degree.
10+ years of relevant work experience.
