• Own quarterly planning, OKRs, and leadership reviews • Design operating cadences that keep teams aligned and moving fast • Run executive offsites, board prep, and company-wide forums • Accelerate decision-making across functions • Lead international expansion, organizational design, GTM acceleration, product launches and fundraising prep • Write strategic memos, decision docs, and company updates • Prepare materials for board meetings, all-hands, and investor updates • Help prioritize what gets done now vs. later • Monitor KPIs across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance • Build dashboards and drive data-informed decisions
