- Proven experience in prospecting and cultivating accounts.
- Outstanding track record of surpassing targets and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Confident in conducting software demonstrations and delivering presentations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional ability to engage and negotiate with business leaders and executives.
- Strong aptitude for networking and building relationships.
- Proficient in defining solutions with compelling value propositions.
- Demonstrates independence, taking ownership, and being accountable for results.
- Possesses a collaborative mindset, contributing to team success.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and the Software Sales Cycle (Preferred).
- Proven experience in the Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality Management industry (Preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software, forecasting tools, and platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, DocuSign, InsideView (Preferred).
- Relevant experience: 1 to 3 years in software and service sales (Preferred).
