Job Description

Thanks for stopping by! We’re Linkflow (linkflow.ai), a fully remote SEO agency for SaaS and tech clients, and we’re looking for a PART-TIME Digital Growth superstar to help us close the right deals and grow revenue. If you enjoy sharp discovery calls, clear qualification, and turning “this could be interesting” into a decisive next step (without sounding like a walking sales script), we should talk.

This role does not deliver SEO work. Your job is to run a clean sales process: discovery, qualification, clear recommendations, strong follow-up, and a smooth handoff when we win. Think “trusted first conversation,” not “randomly pitching strangers on the internet.” (We’re not asking you to cold call. Your phone can stay on friendly terms with you.)

If you love clean pipelines, clear ownership, and “here’s what we’re doing and by when” energy, you’ll fit right in. If your preferred workflow is “let’s circle back next quarter,” or “just checking in” (every nine days forever), then this may not be your speed.

This is a long-term, part-time 1099 contractor role (typically 10-15 hours/week) with potential to become full time down the road, assuming you’re into things like results and mutual success.

What you’ll do

Your #1 goal: help us close clients and grow revenue.

You’ll represent Linkflow professionally, ask strong discovery questions, determine fit, and drive opportunities to a clear outcome (close or disqualify). That means:

  • Lead intro and discovery calls; qualify prospects on goals, budget, timeline, and decision process
  • Explain our services clearly (SEO, GEO, content strategy, CRO, analytics, consulting)
  • Disqualify opportunities that aren’t a fit
  • Recommend scope based on discovery; coordinate proposals/SOWs internally
  • Manage follow-up to keep deals moving to a clear outcome
  • Close new accounts and ensure a complete handoff (notes, scope, expectations, timeline)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide a weekly pipeline update
  • Share market feedback (objections, competitor mentions, pricing expectations) and suggest process improvements

Hiring Process

Job Requirements

  • What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (agency/services preferred)
  • Experience selling SEO and/or digital marketing services (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SEO/digital marketing (2+ years preferred) — credible on calls, not necessarily a technical expert
  • Track record of closing deals and generating revenue
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills; organized and reliable follow-through
  • Clear written communication (email/Slack) and strong verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a CRM and providing basic reporting
  • Expectations:
  • Reliable availability 10–15 hrs/week (minimum 10)
  • Availability for scheduled prospect calls + a small number of internal check-ins
  • Timely communication during U.S. business hours
