Job Summary The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional workplace. This role handles shipping, office supply management, basic maintenance, meeting setup, and coordination with external vendors and building management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and proactive with a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage all shipping and receiving, including domestic and international shipments Order, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies Purchase supplies as needed, including off-site shopping when required Stock office, kitchen, and shared area supplies to ensure consistent availability Clean and maintain high-traffic areas daily, including conference rooms and kitchen spaces Perform miscellaneous handyman and light maintenance tasks as needed Receive, track, and coordinate maintenance requests with the landlord and/or external vendors Set up and break down rooms for meetings, town halls, and company events Assist with special projects and ad hoc facilities-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regularly required to move supplies and furniture Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical labor throughout the workday We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and generous benefits. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in facilities, office operations, or a related role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and stocking supplies
  • Basic handyman or maintenance skills a plus
  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors, landlords, and internal teams
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
