About The Role: We are seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective small to mid-sized business customers, demonstrating the value of Dozuki’s solution, and converting leads into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, skilled at consultative selling, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, reach out to, and qualify SMB prospects through calls, emails, and social media channels. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations, both online and in person, showcasing Dozuki’s capabilities and ROI. Pipeline Management: Manage and track prospect interactions through our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear pipeline visibility. Relationship Building: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to nurture prospects and build strong, long-term client relationships. Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy. About You: A notorious self-starter: you are willing to jump into a project and get to work, doing the research and asking the right questions to achieve your goals. Collaborative: you are an excellent team player and understand how your strengths can be leveraged to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Organized: you are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment and able to manage your time to work on multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed. A strategic thinker: you are able to craft overarching strategies with others in order to develop scalable programs and consider long-term impacts. Driven to solve problems: you are curious and proactive in your approach to resolving ambiguous problems with data and processes. Required Skills: Experience: 2+ years of SMB/Mid-Market sales experience in a SaaS environment. Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in quota attainment, consultative selling, and pipeline management. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading product demos and negotiations with executives and decision-makers. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions. Collaboration: Team player who excels at working with dispersed remote teams and cross-departmental collaboration and shares knowledge willingly. CRM Proficiency: Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with manufacturing, service, or documentation software solutions strongly preferred. Proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dozuki always first extends a verbal offer before a written offer is constructed. What’s recruitment fraud? Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fictitious job opportunities. Therefore, it’s important to stay informed and aware about such fraudulent activities. How do I identify recruitment fraud? 1. E-mail correspondence is often sent from (or to) free web-based email accounts, such as Yahoo.com, Gmail.com, Live.com, etc. 2. Email correspondence appears to be sent from an officer or senior executive of the company, often in Legal or Human Resources. If the email address doesn’t end with @Dozuki.com, it’s most likely not legitimate. 3. The perpetrators frequently use mobile or platform telephone numbers or contact through WhatsApp, Google Voice, etc. 4. There is an insistence on urgency. How can I protect myself? • Don’t pay or transfer money to get a job at Dozuki. Dozuki will not accept liabilities for any losses to those who have been defrauded. • Don’t engage with persons who hold themselves out as Dozuki employees and try to solicit payments under the pretext of offering recruitments. • Be careful when sharing your personal information to protect yourself from potential damage. • DO NOT CLICK ON ATTACHMENTS
