Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in brokerage, field distribution, or independent agent management.
- Experience recruiting and growing a 1099 or independent agent channel
- Experience leading regional or field-based sales teams
- Experience with regulated insurance distribution environments
- Results-driven with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Preferred Experience with regulated insurance distribution environments in the Medicare Advantage space
- Advanced degree
