Job Description

• Lead and develop the Strategic Accounts sales team • Drive revenue growth and deepen partnerships • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for key accounts • Build an engaged, inclusive, growth-focused team environment • Partner closely with internal teams to solve problems and deliver results • Represent Zillow Group Rentals externally through presentations and meetings

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams
  • Strong track record of setting goals and managing pipelines
  • Enterprise sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coaching teams through longer, complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
  • Able to travel 25–50% for planned meetings
