Job Description

• Own outbound prospecting—researching, targeting, and engaging with ideal-fit accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn. • Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively using a qualification-based sales methodology to support a strong handoff to Account Executives. • Personalize outreach at scale using tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator • Craft messaging that aligns to vertical pain points and persona priorities across consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing. • Hit monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and contact engagement rates.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR roles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets in a sales-assisted or outbound-led growth model.
  • A strong communicator, coachable and confident leading by example.
  • Experience with CRM (Insightly, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics, and ability to track/report KPIs.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working in a startup or helping stand up new GTM functions.
  • Bonus: Experience mentoring or coaching peers.
