Job Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Pacaso’s strategic partnerships, from identifying and vetting new luxury and lifestyle brand partners to negotiating customer benefits and perks, and accelerating "Owner Exclusives." • Concept, plan, and execute high-touch events (virtual and in-person) targeting prospective buyers, current owners, and real estate partners to build brand affinity and drive referrals. • Partner with the Growth team to ensure partnerships drive measurable lead generation and with the Brand team to ensure all events and partner activations align with Pacaso’s premium voice. • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral for partnerships and events, including email campaigns, web landing pages, and social media content. • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and event vendors, ensuring seamless execution and high satisfaction for all stakeholders. • Define KPIs for the partnership and event programs, tracking impact on brand awareness, owner retention, and lead acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or event management, preferably within the luxury, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects and external relationships with premium brands.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines and partnership launches simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with comfort engaging high-net-worth individuals and industry leaders.
  • Creative thinker who can identify unique opportunities to add value to the Pacaso owner experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.
