Job Description
Job Requirements
- Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Marketing Operations, ABM, Marketing Technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, ABM, or Revenue Operations (SaaS or enterprise technology preferred).
- Experience working in data-driven, high-growth B2B organizations with complex buying committees.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in marketing workflows (e.g., generative AI, predictive scoring, AI enrichment, or AI-based orchestration platforms).
- Hands-on expertise with Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM platforms (ZoomInfo or Demandbase).
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, including dynamic content creation, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.
- Proficient in segmentation, data modeling, intent data activation, scoring logic, and account hierarchy management.
- Experience supporting account-based programs with Sales Directors and demand generation marketers.
- Ability to interpret data, forecast impact, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strong process design, project management, and operational rigor.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce reporting, or similar).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
