Job Requirements
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience in AppLovin or Meta for US-based audiences
- Experience with hands-on-keyboard management of direct-response campaigns
- Understanding of performance marketing direct-response KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Ability to navigate business intelligence tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- A true builder’s mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
