Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting across GTM and business operations functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, Legal, or People), with significant depth in proactive sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines across a range of non-technical roles.
- Strong ability to assess candidate scope, business impact, and performance history across both revenue-generating and operational functions.
- Proven track record of engaging passive talent in competitive markets through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
- Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers as a sourcing lead and strategic thought partner.
- Prior full-cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to independently own roles when business needs require it.
- Strong written communication skills and a high bar for candidate experience.
- Highly organized, data-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple searches and long-term talent pipelines simultaneously.
