• Provide leadership, people management, process adherence, delivery of quality and ongoing improvement to the onboarding experience • Drive quality through auditing and process consistency across projects • Support business through sales support and recruiting • Work with clients in a leadership presence or to support escalations or risk mitigation • Partner with Leadership to serve as first point of escalation for onboarding project concerns • Ensure growth, development, performance and incentives are being addressed on regular basis with aligned team • Manage and execute performance management goal-setting, progress tracking, delivery of annual performance and compensation review cycle • Help define, implement and execute process improvements • Train and develop broader team • Lead or participate in Executive Sponsor client meetings • Participate in and support sales opportunities
