• Serve as a primary point of contact for government account support activities • Support all capital and rental billing processes related to government contracts • Research, track, and maintain records of government-related transactions • Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and purchase orders • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing issues • Respond to inquiries from Program Managers and customers • Open and maintain customer accounts • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders • Assist in the preparation of responses to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Coordinate and process ECAT orders • Support the maintenance of Agiliti’s federal schedules • Identify opportunities to streamline processes • Participate in cross-functional initiatives • Maintain organized documentation for all contract-related correspondence • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate order status
