• Lead the product roadmap for Alight’s leave and absence experience • Expand and improve the experience for both employee and employer users • Oversee maintenance of existing solutions to ensure a consistent, compliant, end‑to‑end experience • Own and advance the product strategy across outsourcing, insourcing, and co‑sourcing models • Partner with Product Directors and Product Managers to ensure alignment and shared prioritization • Drive a multi‑year roadmap for experience capabilities • Manage and refine existing products to minimize client risk • Maintain roadmap visibility for leadership, engineering, delivery, and client‑facing teams • Represent the organization at conferences, advisory groups, audits, and client feedback forums • Develop content, frameworks, and documentation that support thought leadership • Collaborate with engineering, legal, delivery, and client success to ensure high‑quality execution • Validate solutions through discovery, prototyping, and user feedback • Support launch readiness across commercial, implementation, and enablement teams
