• Draft, revise, and format legal documents, including contracts and agreements, corporate governance documents, policies, procedures, and compliance materials, demand letters, memoranda, and correspondence. • Conduct initial issue-spotting and ensure documents meet legal and organizational standards. • Perform legal research using reputable databases and summarize findings clearly and concisely. • Prepare research memos, case summaries, and regulatory updates. • Assist in developing legal strategies by gathering facts and analyzing relevant laws. • Organize and maintain legal files, calendars, and deadlines. • Support the General Counsel in managing active matters, including tracking tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed. • Assist with corporate filings, entity maintenance, and document management. • Support compliance initiatives, including policy updates and internal audits. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
