• Deliver an outstanding customer experience passionate about supporting our customers with their laboratory goals • Support multiple sales representatives by providing information specific to our diagnostics portfolio, including technical information/presentations, product recommendations for customer applications, and other technical support • Prospecting new customers and opportunities in addition to growing our existing customer portfolio • Execute the sales cycle and process in a manner that drives results, professional, ethical, persuasive and leads the customer to action • Develop, present and implement sales strategies and plans to expand business within assigned territory using Salesforce and other CRM tools for effective customer and business strategy management • Continuously improve knowledge and learn any New Product Introduction of the clinical chemistry, immunoassay and microbiology market, its trends and our competitors • Independently make decisions while using available resources to meet customer needs • Team oriented - work with a cross-functional matrixed team of supplier and internal partners • Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations • Conduct business reviews with the Account Executive team or by self
