Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience in customer support, account coordination, operations, or client services (helpful but not required)
- Able to work independently in a remote setting using structured systems and resources
- Detail-focused and comfortable with digital platforms and communication tools
- Must reside in the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
