• Lead end-to-end Board EPM solution implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user enablement. • Translate FP&A processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidations, Reporting) into scalable Board models. • Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and process design interviews. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. • Collaborate with PMO, solution architects, and technical team members to ensure successful delivery. • Create executive-level documentation, dashboards, and training materials. • Support continuous improvement of delivery methodology and internal accelerators.
