We are seeking a Data Management (DM) Analyst (CDM) to support program activities in our Fort Wayne, Indiana facility. As a team member of the CDM group, you will work with program managers, engineers, and other CDM professionals to process hardware, software changes and or documents and CDRL submittals within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software application, ensuring accuracy and completeness of drawings, schematics, software, and/or documentation as well as meeting the CDRL submittal demands for customer requirements. The ideal applicant will be able to interpret and apply policies, processes, procedures, and standards in all aspects of the job meeting customer requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education Requires a bachelor's degree and minimum of two years of experience in engineering support or equivalent of five years of work experience in Configuration and / or Data Management. Experience General office environment related work experience. General knowledge of Configuration / Data Management principals. Skills Strong professional, interactive, and administrative skills Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork skills in a rapidly changing work environment. Strong Analytical, technical writing and presentation skills. Excellent computer skills are a must, with a solid understanding of the typical PC applications especially MS Office Excel and Word. Attentive to complete work accurately and on schedule, often within a collaborative, dynamic team environment requiring occasional overtime. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills required. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality and conformance to contractual requirements. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
