Job Description

• Own the Number - Build and execute a focused territory plan - Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting - Identify and penetrate high-value accounts - Multi-thread across Operations, IT, and Executive stakeholders • Drive the Full Sales Cycle - Lead discovery tied to measurable operational impact - Run tailored demonstrations aligned to customer workflows - Manage deal velocity and stakeholder alignment - Negotiate and close new partnerships - Consistently achieve quarterly new business targets • Operate with Discipline - Maintain accurate forecasting and clean pipeline management - Drive urgency while qualifying effectively - Balance strategic account planning with daily activity output • Partner Cross-Functionally - Provide market feedback to Product - Ensure seamless transition to Implementation and Customer Success - Travel up to 25% for prospect meetings and industry events

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated success generating your own pipeline
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Track record of closing complex deals with minimal support infrastructure
  • Strong outbound prospecting habits and activity consistency
  • Disciplined forecasting and territory management
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
