Job Description
• Serve as the tech sales point of contact for worldwide sales leadership
• Embed insights into sales strategy and decisions; advise on feasibility, risks, and gaps
• Lead and coach the technical sales team; set standards for engagement in the sales process
• Ensure role-based technical sales enablement for regional teams
• Measure readiness and impact of the tech sales team and close capability gaps
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or sales management
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of Autodesk products and solutions
- Proven track record in providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to technical sales managers and teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to align technical sales strategies with overall business goals
