• Own end-to-end execution of both third-party and Garner-hosted events, from planning through post-event follow-up • Translate event strategy into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables (Asana experience strongly preferred), ensuring high production quality and on-brand execution • Design engaging, high-touch event experiences that effectively communicate Garner’s messaging and drive meaningful attendee interaction • Manage vendors, venues, speakers, and budgets to deliver polished experiences with operational rigor and efficiency • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Strategic Alliances, and RevOps to align event programming with business priorities and pipeline objectives • Own event data workflows, including building and managing invite lists from Salesforce, organizing attendee data in Excel/Google Sheets, and working with Marketing Operations on accurate tracking and attribution • Define, track, and report on event KPIs (e.g., meetings booked, engagement, pipeline impact) to drive continuous improvement
