• Support and manage the planning and delivery of conferences and customer-facing events from concept through to execution. • Collaborate with the Events Lead to design effective and scalable models for conferences, summits, industry events, and lead-generation programmes aligned to business objectives. • Support all aspects of event planning including agenda development, registration management, app creation, speaker coordination, communications, survey development, A/V requirements, venue logistics, food and beverage planning, signage, templates, vendor management, promotional items, creative assets, accounts payable, and timeline tracking. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners, external clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality event experiences. • Collaborate with marketing teams to schedule, create, and launch promotional communications including invitation emails, advertisements, and web banners to maximise event awareness and registration. • Support the development of post-event deliverables including survey reporting, attendee lists, recordings, presentations, and budget reconciliation.
