Job Description

• Participate in client workshops to map current‑state laboratory workflows, identify pain points and capture user stories. • Analyze process, instrument and data flow information to support design of future‑state automated workflows. • Assist with configuration and testing of robotics workcells, Thermo Fisher™ Connect orchestration and LIMS/ELN integrations. • Develop draft deliverables—including process maps, requirements traceability matrices and slide‑deck storyboards—for senior consultants. • Support data‑migration, master‑data setup and computer‑system validation activities in GxP‑regulated environments. • Conduct user‑acceptance testing, document defects and collaborate with developers on resolution and retest. • Prepare training materials, run‑books and quick‑reference guides; provide hyper‑care support during go‑live. • Contribute to continuous improvement of ADLC accelerators, templates and knowledge repositories.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by start date in Life or Physical Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Academic or internship experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, C# or SQL).
  • Demonstrated interest in laboratory automation, digital transformation or scientific software through coursework, projects or internships.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites up to 75–100% when required.
  • Hands-on experience working in an academic or industry lab with automated instruments or digital LIMS/ELN workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and RESTful APIs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of GxP regulations, CSV/CSA or laboratory quality systems (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills; collaborative team mindset (preferred).
