Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Proven track record improving conversion in a revenue-critical funnel (ecommerce, checkout, bookings, or similar), including optimizing flows across web and mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of marketplace growth levers, including acquisition, onboarding , conversion, liquidity, and retention.
- Writing clear user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria that translate strategy into executable work.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort partnering across Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset, comfortable taking ownership, moving quickly, and solving problems independently without micromanagement.
- Experience in B2B2C SaaS, pet care, healthcare, or other customer-care or operationally complex platforms.
