• Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region. • Lead 5-8 Senior Sales Executives and deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives and business decision makers. • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements. • Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange. • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase market presence. • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers.
