Job Description
• Proactively generate demand for utility vehicles among end users by understanding their operational challenges and positioning solutions that deliver value
• Build and nurture relationships with top-tier utility contractors to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively
• Drive utility vehicle sales through distribution channels, ensuring revenue targets and market share goals are met
• Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans for corporate accounts, aligning with overall company objectives
• Navigate and resolve conflicts between contractors, distributors, and internal teams to maintain strong partnerships
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with distribution partners, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Track and report on account performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the utility or heavy equipment industry
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of decision-making
- Ability to manage long-term projects and adapt to changing priorities
